Bold Vibes Labs LLC has a designated agent on file with the U.S. Copyright Office (DMCA-1079536). The same agent handles WunderWilds, WunderSleeves and WunderGoo. For anything else, email [email protected].
What to include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The work you believe was copied. A representative list is fine for several works.
- Where the material is on our site, such as the page address and which image.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.
What happens next
We review notices and remove or disable material promptly when we're required to. We may ask for more detail to find it. If the material came from someone else, we'll take reasonable steps to tell them and may share the notice with them.
If we took something down by mistake
You can send our agent a counter-notice with your signature, what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the original notice.

Where it applies, we stop working with people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
